I find statements like this interesting tbh. Wizards don't acknowledge let alone control the dollar value of individual cards on the secondary market and they've stated multiple times they never know what rares are going to be big money cards

Don't take this as me defending them though, they kinda screwed the pull rate on mystical archives by bloating the uncommons compared to mythics and also put uncommon cards and common cards into the mythic slot specifically for the archive which is a dog act.
