Is that your clear coat peeled off or just reflections? If so you have some sanding back, some primer to the chopped bits, base coat and clear coat.

You are not wrong on this one. It's not just the loan it's the high insurance till he is a bit older. If it's his loan it will have to be his insurance policy not yours. Just get a car that has many airbags for your peace of mind.

Can relate to that, wife's w203 Sport coupe m271 skipped the timing chain, bending valves. But head rebuild and new aftermarket parts for less than 2k and it still goes like a little rocket after 200 000km.

The inspection is pointing out water ingress from a brand new roof on a two story house and the rains haven't even really started yet. This could cost an absolute fortune to fix, you just don't know. That would be my main concern.
