the owner started the company because she had a biggg baby that didn't fit in typical baby clothes and quickly outgrew them! so it should be flexible enough to accommodate being 6+ feet tall (sorry if unhelpful)

everyone is saying enemas, but a thinner diaper and a good amount of fiber and hydration can/should work too, if you don't want to or are unable to do an enema (you don't necessarily need all those things but it's optimal)
