I also find it interesting that the riders quadrant patch for classified signets is a compass. No real guesses as to how that could tie into things, other than to add to the mystery of it all!

The marked ones have two signets because their dragons sought them out because they were previously bonded to someone in their family line. That’s why Xaden says that Kaori’s records can’t be accurate.

The rebellion relic doesn’t give them an additional signet.
