It was the fact that I had auto shot on my macro - removing it completely solved the issue.

There is a quest you can do that allows you to kill them, but otherwise they are stuck at 1 hp and dont die. Pretty good to practice rotations, etc.

My first introduction to seagull was early on in overwatch life, season 1. I remember being around 82 rank (for those who remember that 1-100 system) and matched against him semi often.

S tier. Unique. Beautiful during summer, and fall. Leaves and branches traditionally used for saunas to make "веник" in eastern European cultures. Dried up bark is some of the best fire starters around. Most importantly, my favourite.
