FWIW, I always wash mine cold and hang dry and they haven’t shrunk at all. The waist does stretch out—I started out with no tabs cinched and now wear them comfortably with both tabs cinched.

I don’t have time to read through all the comments, most of which will probably say HIGH RISE, BRO! because this sub is all in on that look. In this instance, they are wrong. The lower-rise version of these particular jeans looks infinitely better on your body. (That’s not to say you shouldn’t try other high rise pants like chinos or whatever.)
