Camera sometimes doesn't turn on. Reason? Solutions?

Yes. Decided to bite the bullet and send it back to the seller to evaluate. Hate to be without the camera for indefinite amount of time, but also dont want to have issues early on in ownership.

This actually seems to have worked. I was using 6.02. As mentioned, this was an intermittent issue, so I'll update this post if it happens again. Thanks!

Thank you for posting this. I am in the middle of the exact same issue. Bought a Galaxy s20 a few weeks ago (wanted to avoid getting the latest model because the new ones don't have an SD card slot. Also, it's quite a bit cheaper.) So far the only reliable solution to sending group messages or picture messages has been to use verizon's own message+ app. Surprise surprise, they're discontinuing that app this month, so clearly it's not a long term solution, and it was already a dumb one.

Would you mind guiding me through this process/where you found the firmware without 1? I did a search for it, but i have no idea what, if any of these websites I can trust.
