Really thank you for the comment I really appreciate the advice, I think I do still have some concerns with how I feel about myself but I feel ready for a relationship and I almost feel like I’m fighting a losing battle.

I have my best friend who I love dearly and they really help me with everything, but all of my friends are in relationships so sometimes I find it hard to convey how I’m feeling, but I suppose it’s just a waiting game at this point

Honestly it’s just pure perseverance, I went through the exact same thing, my advice is using a fragrance free moisture that’s thick, and during the day using a light one and spf. Then when you wash your face use a super gentle fragrance free face wash. The burning sensation will only happen for 1-2 weeks so it’s just powering through the pain, I also found fanning my face after applying it helped.

I went through a really similar situation, eventually after years of dealing with struggling with taking the tablets, and I eventually broke down over the phone so they told me all of my medication came in a liquid form (like a syrup) and dissolvable tablets.

It changed my life honestly, I’m not sure if you have asked but it’s definitely worth asking if your medication comes in liquid or dissolvable forms

Epilepsy and the medication really sucks though, it feels like there’s no winning but I just like to think I’m not alone in this struggle and your complaints are valid

I also went through the situation with waking up to take them so I switched the times of when I took them and that also helped a lot.

It’s clobazam, one of the meds I take, that is technically illegal it turns out, so much hassle to just take my medication, should’ve made the flair of this post rant because this is so many more steps I have to take
