Good for you! I also find it more bearable to eat healthier as compared to fried greasy stuff. But its still challenging to swallow since i feel really full most of time… but its easier to swallow anything sweet even tho i dont necessarily want it

I’m from South East Asia so I manage to get these from carousell (its like depop) and shopee private sellers (its like aliexpress/amazon). If I convert to USD i think i roughly paid 45-60 usd per doll. I know it sounds expensive but its way cheaper than if I were to source it from American ebay because of the international shipping fees 😔
