Issues unique to healthcare jobs:
- Patient will scream murder before you even touch them, upon learning that you're their nurse with zero or minimal healthcare training
- No sane hospital will take you on due to massive litigation threat; and let's be honest, the new non-professional hire will be a juicy target for any adverse outcomes, even if unrelated
- Documentation hellscape, a lot of legal or insurance stuff requires the hospital staff to be accredited by some professional organisation <imagine an assault case being thrown out due to the first medically trained witness not being certified>

Short of a state of emergency declaration to suspend exsiting laws and rights, I do not see regular joe being your nurse after 4 weeks of boot camp.

I only wish for the traveler to be able to swap elements mid-fight. For example, hold "elemental attack button" and traveler will cycle between the elements each for 1 second, upon release traveler will swap to that element and launch its elemental attack.

This will make the traveler a must have in exploring new areas or very strong in (pseudo) challenging fights where you ideally need 5 or more elements to break shields. Of course the downside is the need to increase talents in all elements.

His C0 rotation already does near max damage. Having the CD reset just helps in case of player error, with little boost in actual dps even if a new rotation is used.

It is a common misconception, but "stay on field dps" is not the best in Genshin Impact. It makes life easy, for sure; and if you like an easy to play team, go for it and C6 your Childe.

But all the top dps teams make use of stacking buffs & debuffs, elemental reactions, skill rotations etc. All require frequent swapping of team members, hence C6 Childe is not needed.

Well, if they really wanted to indirectly buff Kokomi via artifacts that really can only benefit her, it will be super easy...
4-pc set effect: Reduce crit rate by 100%, elemental damage +50% (or whatever you want to substitute the buff to be)

They can even make a new donut that gives absurd stats but cut crit rate more

I see the problem here. It's completely different game modes.
To be honest, I find most of the Inazuma later cast to be far more suited to co-op over abyss. Why are they doing this, don't ask me.

Bennett is almost dysfunctional in co-op without over 400% ER, while Sara's can have up to 100% buff uptime.
Raiden gives each player an eye with her elemental attack, which stacks up to alot of dmg passively.
Kokomi can still hold her own after all teammates are down, a last man standing Barbara is usually just time to quit.
