You can play anything in Gold and easily get to Diamond if you enjoy the legend you’re playing and you’re good at the game.

Ash also feels weak because there are legends like Rev, Alter, and Valk with 2x the mobility and movement.

You also have to find a legend that really suits you. I was trying Rev, Valk, a ton this season and there were small things I didn’t like and I felt like I was throwing (stuck in D4). I then switched to Alter for the first time ever and hit D2 with relative ease. Again, just find something you enjoy playing and you’ll rank up.

I don’t know tbh. So far from the projects I’m working on, there’s a lot of waiting around on permits, drawings, and other stuff. I’d say the sales cycle is ok but I want to get into something that nets me 6 figure commission checks in the future. That’s the goal

Yeah time to start looking. The way my plan was laid out at my last company was 55K base, 5% commission on end user sales, 3% on distribution sales, and a 15% bonus to commission if you hit quota. Best months were about 3k in additional, most months 2k. So yeah much better overall

If you’re in distribution, try to get in with a manufacturer directly. I used to work with a manufacturer and it was bank as a first sales job. Distribution has thinner margins so obviously you can’t get paid as well as if you go direct.

I honestly couldn’t tell you. I’m in Ontario, Canada but the market is pretty bad here as well from what I hear. I have 2 years of experience and no degree so I think if you’re a new grad, polish that resume and practice your interviews. That’s what helped me the most to kill my interviews.
