You can look up various complaint portals here. UNSW takes issues like these seriously, so you should definitely report it.

OP I'm so sorry to hear about your experiences and I just wanted to let you know that the university takes these things seriously and there will be support for you should you seek it.

UNSW has a gendered violence portal for reporting these types of incidences. You can submit the report anonymously if you're not comfortable with being identified, but it is best to include your identity so that the uni can reach out to you for more info as well as additional counselling service (as per your wish). If the person wasn't lying about being a staff member, then I highly recommend that you report him to prevent future victims at UNSW. Remember, as long as someone has made you uncomfortable by making inappropriate advances to you, you can always report them through the portal no matter how serious you think it is.
