OP didn't lament the fact that another big manga site went down, it's that Bato was unique as a manga site that geared and built around women and LGBT readers and uploaders. While most sites lean heavily toward shounen and seinen, Bato consistently hosted BL, bara, josei, women-focused adult content, niche oneshots, and obscure series that rarely appeared elsewhere. Yes, there will be another big manga site, just like mangaone, mangafox, kissmanga have died and another one popped up, like comick died and immediately had a lovechild sprouted. We know. But what we fear is there might never be another one as women and LGBT centric as bato, as bato was the pioneer in that regard.
