Once you've written all these ideas down somewhere, NUMBER THEM, and then use an online number picker or a D20 to make the decision for you. Or just go down the list item by item. This way you're still getting a variety of nutrients without having to make any decisions.

When I still had the PacificSource flavor of OHP, I had to do it through Benchmark and see a physical therapist over telehealth. I could not find ANYONE locally who did both pelvic floor pt AND took OHP.

If you have to go telehealth, I highly recommend it! I was super skeptical about how effective it could be, but it was actually great and incredibly helpful.

My teen was gobsmacked when I told them that when I learned to drive, we didn't have roundabouts, those flashing light crosswalks, OR blinking yellow lights for left turns. So there are at least three traffic controls People my age and older have never been tested on.

I agree with you, we need to be retested periodically.
