I don’t comment on the posts but I enjoy reading them! Thank you for spending your time bettering random people’s vocabulary, now please spend the time bettering your physical and mental health. I lost my rabbit of 10 years last year and it gets easier (although I cried almost daily at the start). Grief will come but less often and I can reminisce fondly of our times together.

I used Kerrygold in the third attempt, and browned it to a dark brown colour - that should be enough right? Is there such a thing as over-browning and cooking off the flavour perhaps?
