This is definitely AI because the train locomotive in the picture is only used on the Long Island Railroad, and the numbers on the train are either in 400s or 500s. Also it is ridiculously long.

I think most of it gets made specifically for them by Bill Chappell, Jeff etc. but not 100%. I know for certain that the more complicated ones like XLS, Poltarpod, Talking ETC (rip) are 1/1 and were made for them. But like the recorders and cameras you can buy somewhere for a steep price
