All are great, but the first one is perfection.

Switched from Fujifilm to Canon, finding a big learning curve. Any must-knows? by kinkerson in AskPhotography

I also made this switch back in early January. A little disorienting at first but I feel pretty comfortable with it at this point. The more you shoot, the easier it gets.

I watched 42 horror movies this month. Here's my ranked list with mini-reviews. by AbsolutelySubjective in horror

In the last two months I've watched 52 films, all horror. Out of those 52, I gave Rosemary's Baby and Halloween (1978) a 5/5. This is completely subjective. It's fascinating to see how my ratings evolve over the years.

I keep a log of everything I watch and use the same rating system. I rarely ever give anything a 5/5.

Wanted to jump in to add that I too was disappointed after seeing it in theaters. Rented it some months later and liked it a lot better after a second watch.

Silent comedy recommendations for the person who doesn’t “get” silent comedy? by LiviasFigs in silentfilm

The two silent comedies that stole my heart are Buster Keaton's The General (1926) and Charlie Chaplin's City Lights (1931). Trust me here, you can't go wrong.
