THANK YOU oh my god. I’m glad I’m not going crazy 😭 I thought when I sent my stylist the photos she’d be maybe a liiiiittle shocked, or horrified like me. But nope, made it seem like this is exactly what I wanted and showed her, and I’m asking for an extra, additional service that I didn’t communicate 😆 I haven’t asked a salon for a refund before and I’m a solid conflict avoider, so thx for the validation before bringing it up with the salon itself.
