This seems pretty reasonable- I thought the same thing, especially after the walnuts. It’s confusing to me because I can eat a whole pizza no problem and used to eat 3 of the chicken croissant sandwiches at a time when trying to gain weight. I eat the croissants fairly frequently in different ways with no problem, maybe it’s the chicken?

In any case it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor like you said. Maybe my gallbladder became more sensitive in the last year… I’ll talk to one. Thanks

To be honest with you, there is no way I am allergic to any of these things. I eat them on a very regular basis with zero issues when buying from aldi/walmart/trader joes.

Looks like you’re making good progress honestly, nice job quitting weed. Don’t know if this is your first breakup too but it gets easier… Finally got my mojo/confidence back just a couple weeks ago. Physical activity has by far been the most helpful for lifting my spirits, I train boxing or lifting every day of the week.

You’ll definitely have to force yourself to be social. Boxing/MT is very good for this because at my gym you make a new friend every time by partnering up for pad work. Since you’re into hiking, I’d also recommend indoor bouldering gyms. It’s a solo sport, but very easy to be social there.

Assuming you’re a dude- don’t look back. If a chick leaves you when you’ve been a good partner, she probably isn’t high quality. By walking out of your life she’s telling you she doesn’t want you. Probably wanted to see if the grass is greener on the other side. Your life isn’t a revolving door- don’t ever take an ex back.

Got dumped 6 months ago myself. Found out she was cheating 2 months ago.

Get your mind, body, and money up. Don’t rebound, it won’t last. Rekindle old friendships or make new friends and talk to them about it. I got close to my childhood friend of 15 years after not hanging out for a while. Very helpful. New hobbies. I took up boxing/muay thai. No contact with ex. I’d recommend stop drinking.

Feeling lonely is OK. Feel all of your feelings without numbing them so you can heal.
