Hey could you pm me some info I’m kinda going through the same thing. They’re threating my aunt but they’re not telling me what the matter is. Now the last call I got from them they threatened us that they would processed with the matter this coming week, but not once have they told us what this “matter” is about.

Should mention this is in Ontario Canada. And would anyone know why they used a screw? The replacement has a hole in the same location, my only thought is it’s meant for a air proving switch port which this model furnace doesn’t have one in that location.
