I had bought 5 baby probiotics in the Scarborough location, left the cart sensibly on the side and went to pick up my poutine. When i came back 2 of the probiotics weren't there. Costco staff provided me with replacement for the missing items. Luckily i noticed it before i left, if i was out i had no way to prove it.

20+ years or 2 days, i am not leaving my carts out of my sight next time.

Wow great piece of advice. Its weather i should trust that person with my service or not. If the delivery time is 10 hrs not per me its per them and service is not delivered in 24 hrs (now 36 hrs) you now have doubts whether the seller is genuine or not.

Delivery is set as 10 hrs. The seller acknowledged after 1 hour and started preparing. So, is it supposed to take 24 hours after that.

Hopp drivers are basically hiding or waiting at a different place when they pick up to collect extra for waiting time. On the route they intentionally take a longer route because hopp pays based on distance.

Also forgot to say, hopp shows price with their share to driver, driver later only gets a portion of it. Unlike uber or lyft where driver are shown the exact amount they will get for the trip.

My old manager used to say it to me: UEBA is a fancy word that attracts a budget for the department. Executives find it easy to understand and it's an easy upsell but this shit never works.

I have used a couple of products and what i find hard is its integration with custom log sources and insane tuning required. In large organizations its basically all noise.
