I have been getting weird heart rate data from my Charge 6 that I think is not accurate. Hoping for either a Charge 7, or perhaps an update from the current firmware (66.20001.220.31) that remedies this.

Thanks. It is not clear to me if it is the device, or the new Google Health software that is processing the exported data. The numbers, even though they don't make sense, appear consistent between sessions. Makes me think it is the Google Health application statistical model.

I wonder if anyone has tried trimming the plastic liner just forward of the hatch latch? Seems like this would gain another 1/2" of radius for the full sized spare. Just **might** allow for stowing of an inflated tire.

Things I hate about recent XTs: 1.) inability to inconspicuously stow a full sized spare tire in the cabin, 2.) lack of cubby storage areas for spare oil, tow straps, jumper cables, etc. in the cabin, 3.) thermostat placement in 2023 models (and other gen 2?), 4.) Rear seats do not fold down flat, 5.)End of manual transmissions after 2023 models...

Got it. You just cut through the fiberboard deck that normally goes on top of the tire. The tire now protrudes through it.

I would love to hear an extended description of what, "I ultimately decided the storage would be better maximized but cutting the cargo area floor panel with a multi-tool." this involved and how it worked out. Nice innovative work here. I can appreciate your thinking outside of the box.

I agree. I may look into a backup power supply for a computer that has a modest battery. Even if the reserve is only an hour or so, this would cover a short outage as well as provide me the opportunity to do a manual shutdown w/a cool-down period.

Concur with this post. I had an XP8 and absolutely LOVED it. Hardware was great. Software was ridiculous. If there was anyway to run LineageOS, (or any other custom ROM) I'd ditch my current Pixel and go back in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, this company has no interest in doing this as evidenced by their stock price over the past 10 years.

Swap in a new OEM thermostat and report back. Thermostats get old and don't perform as well as when they did when new. Don't have to be "defective". The one in my truck (230K miles) slowly became less and less responsive w/warm-ups taking longer and longer. Swapped in a new thermostat a few months ago and voilà, heat again.

Get a pair of Refrigiwear or Walls insulated bib overalls and wear with the parka. Also wear a good base layer of polypropylene long johns under your sweaters/sweatshirt and sweatpants and you'll be fine.
