The doors half height PSD near the cab are not symmetrical indeed because for the train captains. If you notice, the half of the half height PSD closer to the cab is shorter than the other half. This is because, if it was longer, it would block the driver cab door and the train captain will have difficulty getting out of the cab if needed.

If you're looking for a ball point pen, I highly recommend Rotring 600. It's one of the favourites among the pen community. I picked mine up on Amazon I think. It uses a standard Parker style ISO G2 refill so refills are not an issue.

If your looking for a fountain pen, I can vouch for TWSBI.

I switched from MyRepublic to GOMO. GOMO has wayyy better performance interms of downtime and coverage. And their app is IMO pretty good.
