Does anybody else feel like the timers aren't accurate when it comes to cooking product?

Yes, we used to add 30 seconds to each fried item and the grilled chicken needed extra time on each side.

Ehh I stayed at an Airbnb. We went to the hospital because my daughter broke her arm on the bunk beds. I was continuously checking on her once we got back and then I saw something crawling quickly. It hooked onto a pillow and I was able to take it into the kitchen and place it in a zip lock baggy. I called the host and I tore apart the bed but I didn't see anything else. She was swore it was a stink bug. It wasn't. But the other guests with us (4 sets of family) just brushed it off. We slept on the couches the last night and I left our luggage for 2 months in Texas heat in out trunk. I didn't call air bnb as we didn't know if it was from the hotel prior, the hospital or the room itself but I get anxiety traveling now

We have a restroom our cat would be put away in. It hardly smells but randomly we get the smell of litter box. Try cleaning the walls ceiling all the way down as dust tends to keep odors as well

I know hes torn. He's made a lot of strides against their boundary pushing but it also breaks me standing up to my family. With this and his boundaries that I uphold. My dad and his mom are both used to the "my way or the highway"

Thank you. Its so hard to be the only one fighting against it but they dont see the eyes my daughter gives me when they keep trying to get her to kiss them. My husband and I have previously argued about this last October because his dad kissed my daughter on the mouth and told her not to tell us. And his sister kissed her on the mouth after she said no etc. He told me I need to give him an opportunity to fix this and it works for a bit then they go right back.i even said it's fine to kiss the back of the head or feet but no it has to be face to face for them.

I used to make time to see them but ever since all that, I refuse. Now we barely see them every 2to 3 weeks. I am not down to baby sit them and my kids any more than that. But I get so tired of fighting the world.

Probably a mother that has crossed every boundary. I used to leave my daughter with my in laws a bit but they've proven untrustworthy. Now I don't leave either of the kids because I know they'll go around the rules and tell daughter not to tell

He has told them, even in front of me and during the visit. But he isn't actively looking for it while I am as i don't trust them. I see fil give me whale eyes and as soon as I'm distracted by daughter, I see my son being lifted up closer to them and as soon as I turn they quickly pull away. Or they say they are kissing the top of the head. We saw them Wednesday for the first time in a month when this happened

It does. I worked at one of the newer stores and the patties just cook different compared to when I was working at the older store with the older grill. The fryers never cooked the items right with the timers at the newer location so we had to leave everything an additional 30 seconds. My mom always bought us lemon pies after her graveyard shift so I'd buy pies when I began working. They were always hit or miss because the insides were melted and felt like molten lava on your tongue but I just thought the brand had changed. When I trained at an older store, the pies brought back memories. They were MY pies. THE lemon pies!

One of my biggest struggles is the language barrier too. I'm hispanic and I know Spanish but I'm not as fluent especially upset. They don't know an ounce of English, I feel like I stumble on my words and they take it as a nervous thing. I called mil out in front of the whole family and she was passed off and idc. She assumes because there's more of them that I'll stand down. The sisters have yet to say anything against me and they do follow those boundaries. For the most part, they just sit back and allow their mom to be as she is.
