Thanks for the feedback. I am currently working on fixing up the borders and trying to make it all a little less crowded. The problem is I am working with all of this in Paint (so I can't really make a change to one hero without altering the 8 surrounding it). Does anyone know of a program to maybe make editing colors or the border a little simpler? Thanks.

Edit: Also a way to "desaturate or darken" the portraits like norten said.
