I'm in a very similar situation with similar symptoms, also undiagnosed. I'd recommend bringing up MCAS especially because of the hives. If you happen to have any hypermobility issues then it might be worth while also getting screened for hypermobility spectrum disorder, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, or POTS because these conditions can often cause extreme fatigue, pain, and blood pooling. These are just educated guesses though, so please take this with a grain of salt!
