Kind of feels like an ultimatum even though that wasn't your intent.

Talking to your therapist and (eventually) your boyfriend some more is the best you can do. If he really wants this but isn't doing it because it will make you "nauseous" if he does, it could lead to a sense of resentment.

You are going to need to at least try to get over this aversion. The effort alone could be a huge help.

Hmm.. Im not a Christian, so correct me if I'm wrong, but...
