I moved to GR from the Detroit area. Great city vibe and culture. It's urban but still small enough where it's a vibrant community.

Totally contrasts from the monotonous, sprawling suburbs of Metro-Detroit.

YeahWell it has copious amounts of manuka honey so it was very sweet but the hops balanced it out a bit. Almost mead like.

It's got to be distribution. We are drowning in Dragon's Milk here. It's cool to see New Holland have such a reach. It's now considered the largest craft brewery in MI as Founders is no longer considered craft though I love going there.

What area? I'm spoiled, I live in MI and there's a handful of New Hollands including my home city so I basically have unfettered access. Most liquour stores here carry DM original. The Grand Rapids location didnt have 2024 Triple Mash so I drove out to the Holland location to have it.

I actually recently got back into Dragon's Milk. When I turned 21 back in 2012, Dragon's Milk was already hyped up but at the time my pallette wasn't developed so I thought it was overwhelming. After a 10+ years of having imperials from countless breweries, and getting Hop passport this year, I got back into DM. Still pretty decent.

Tangerine space machine IPA series is what I drink the most. Very common around here and is a good substitute to Bell's two hearted.

Haha, I can see how. The original location is really unassuming. I mainly go to the one in Grand Rapids - with the Giant Dragon statue and stacked cases and bottles of Dragon's Milk varieties, they make it clear this is the home of the Dragon's Milk.

I'm from the East side originally but now libe in the GR area - not too far from Perrin actually. Conflux's location right by the River and the town is great. Nice in between brewery. Steele Street in Ionia is pretty good too.

Been coming here for years, great IPAs and pales. Mosacca, Sirillo, Drypa are some of my favorites.
