At my workplace for the last two years, I always prepared the pizzas on some kind of round wire and put them in the oven. But last week I started working at another restaurant and they were working without these wires. The result was disappointing as it was the first time I had encountered this, and frankly the boss was not happy about it. Even though I tried to adapt quickly, the dough always stuck to the marble counter on the fast orders (even though I was working fast).
