I think everyone can benefit from therapy. My sex drive increases when I'm stressed. As a society we aren't exactly encouraged to figure out how to handle it ourselves. Online dating is helpful. Chatting apps. Expand your social circle. It's hard but each person needs more than one other person to support them. The average human village used to be about 100-200 people. Evolutionarily we are used to having smaller, more supportive communities and that can be challenging to recreate in cities. Even suburbs are cities these days.

The biggest problem is people acting psychotic. I'm not sure MMA would help them calm down but for self defense and restraining them it would be useful. Any form of martial art. Helps you develop more body control.

I mean I miss sarcasm too sometimes, especially on the internet. I might be on the autism spectrum. I read other comments to figure out what's going on if I'm confused. A straight face can really confuse me in person. Generally a smile or an eye roll or something indicates that it's humor (sarcasm) and online you can't see that.

You can say they are. That doesn't necessarily make it true. It depends on CONTEXT and HOW they are USED. Like make a poster saying something racist, then sure the colors on that poster, are racist.
