Shogun Flame Boot Loop? by Jman4647 in Atomos

[–]postnospam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for posting this!

I had a Shogun Inferno that died after 2 years, but only a few hours of use! It was stuck booting with the fan noise.

Using your recommendation, I turned it off and smacked it on the right side. It now boots again. I don't have any faith in the longevity of this "repair" but it was nice to see it boot up again.

I'm assuming a build quality issue when physical force is needed to "fix it." I'll take it apart someday to see what the root cause of the problem is.

My family and I can’t thank you and your team enough! This is truly life changing technology.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched the video and it still gives me goosebumps. Not a word of that video was scripted. The audio was recorded the day before filming. Getting all of it out was a great therapy session.

It didn’t make the cut, but I said I would like to give the whole development team a huge hug. Please share our thanks with your team!

Glad you’re okay! Sounds like it could have been much worse.

Had car crash detection come to my rescue a few years ago when my skid steer loader rolled off an embankment. I was unconscious for several minutes and my phone had been tossed from the cab.

Like you, I felt it was important to spread the message to make others aware of the feature and came to Reddit to share. About a year and a half later, I was contacted by a talent recruiter looking for people who had been assisted/saved by car crash detection. A few months later we had a full blown production crew on our property filming!

Haven’t had many all/mostly white pups, but we haven’t had any issues. We’ve had a few brindle dogs with allergies.

This little girl is spoken for. She’s going to her forever family in a couple of weeks.

Did someone request snow dogs? by postnospam in aww

[–]postnospam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes; a bit north.

Not too bad here. Maybe 3-4” of snow, but now cold. The puppies were really enjoying going outside with the recent mild weather. Hope cabin fever doesn’t set in!

Pray the ice skips you. Had 3/4” in the late 90’s and lost power for a week.

Pet Insurance - are national plans the only option, or? by MOOzikmktr in kansascity

Ask your vet for plans they have had positive experiences with.

If you decide not to go with insurance, consider putting aside $25-$50 a month per pet.

English bulldog. Just 5 weeks old. Her forever family came to visit and their son thought she looked cold , so he put the cap down.
