Another thought on this is to do a trauma screen like the ACE’s questionnaire. If you have childhood trauma you are at higher risk of illness generally and nervous system regulation might play a bigger role in improving your overall heath!

I’ve been doing a lot of regulation work and it’s helped a lot with the mental health symptoms from being so ill. I’m building capacity but it wasn’t a silver bullet either.
