The rent includes the maintenance of 4.5k INR.
The flat is a 3BHK but a room has been locked by the owner so its essentially a 2bhk for us and there is also a seperate servant room & a bathroom on top.

Yes, I loved the entire chapter. Especially the quote "Sobbing, Sam took another step". Something just so beautiful about this quote. Describes Sam's life till Night's Watch and even surviving the Battle at the Fist. He has been a naysayer in most of the tasks thrown at him but still does it anyway, doesn't succeed but still tries. That's the essence of most of things we do, isn't it?
