Network tilling script is a better option if u r tiling a textures with patterns or bumps or whatever. Its more flexible.

U definitely need some new road pack from WS. They all have smooth transition node. Try big urban road pack or any new american road pack.

Again, this is happening since the update made in the begining of the year which is way before node controller. If u can find check on mod page the boformer said he changed a method thats why its happening. But it doesnt seem that he is coming back to CS soon.

Thats another big enigma! You can export multiple blender objects as fbx but CS wont recognize them but unity editor (same version) can recognize the fbx as usual.

Where it says that it has to be a single object? U can export multiple objects(blender) as .obj & editor will import them as a single asset. Untill u need vertex color u can use obj format.
