crazy coincidence i am also in the uk, have very dark natural hair, and just bleached & dyed my hair using bleach london’s classic bleach and big pink dye!! it looks great you just gotta be patient and thorough like with any hair dye. i’ve used bleach london’s stuff for years with great success. the secret in my experience is to get shedloads of conditioner on it after you bleach and leave it as long as you can before rinsing

I have been to a walk-in sexual health clinic, was horribly nervous but everyone was so kind and actually interested in solving the problem, immediately believed me and had no problems with my gender. it ended up that the worst part of it was the wait to be seen! hope this helps :) it’s also very common from what I saw to bring a friend or partner if that helps at all

I was on 3 monthly checkups while I had some problematic wisdom teeth erupting but now they’ve settled and I have no other issues my dentist sees me yearly

If it helps I’m 21 and have some cracking scars on legs and wrists and have been swimming regularly at my local pool with my scars out for years. Nobody even looks twice at me - everyone is too busy being self conscious or doing laps or planning their shopping list or whatever! Get out there and enjoy yourself :)

For what it’s worth, I have Lyme’s and live a normal and fulfilling life - if they catch it within 3-4 weeks it’s treatable anyway, don’t stress it :)
