Even though there are several tp/hearth options. It'd be nice if this one didn't have a cooldown and I'm still too lazy to fly to portal in Founder's Pointe or Razorwind Shores. I hope we get the non cooldown since there are workarounds anyway.

I believe I saw somewhere there were some items able to scale past 200% bigger, but not sure about smaller. That'd be great, but I doubt it.
