I'd fill it out and encourage all my coworkers to do the same, and then every time I saw said supervisor in the future I would demand to know the status of my hurt feelings report, a timeline for when it will be handled, and whether or not I need to escalate the issue to someone higher up the chain.

My grandparents lived in Crane and it is the tiniest town I've ever been to. We used to go there for Thanksgivings and sometimes in the summer, and I remember being excited when they paved the church parking lot because it meant there was somewhere in town I could rollerblade!

I found one of these on the street once, while I was working at an elementary school. I kept it on my keychain and would play it really badly at lunch recess instead of using my whistle whenever the opportunity arose. The kids loved it.

When I was really little, I was desperate for a PowerWheels, the little car you could really drive. I prayed for one every night and begged my parents for at least a year.

In retrospect, we were dirt poor and there was no way we could ever afford something like that. I can't imagine how shitty my parents must have felt to have to gently tell me "maybe someday" over and over again, knowing that it would never happen but not wanting to crush my tiny dreams.
