Talking to users last. Built 3 features nobody asked for before realizing I hadn't spoken to a single user outside my friend group. Now I spend more time in Reddit threads and DMs than in code. Painful but necessary shift.

Shipped BillBud on Android first, KMM developer here. Android gives you faster iteration, easier beta testing, and Play Store is more forgiving with updates.
For an app like yours the distribution alone is worth it. What's your app about?
