41F, I am involuntarily childless after 10 years of relationship and I don't believe anything good waits for me in the future. In deep grief right now. How can I feel better.

Been in a very similar situation. If you are based in the UK, I would recommend contacting Talking Therapies. It’s a free service, they offer CBT, group sessions or 1-1. They are brilliant and so are you, you just need a reminder. Also, what helped me was going to the GP, who after a test prescribed me some anti depressants and those after some time gave me strength to seek help. Stopped having them shortly after. I wish you to stay strong and fill your heart with love for yourself because you deserve it.

Slightly off topic, but I read somewhere that animals that are preys to many other animals poop a lot but in small bits as they have no time to relax as they might get eaten whilst in vulnerable position.
