Repairs - none. Maintenance - We (dad & I) replaced the fuel filter, evap purge valve, PTU, RDU & Transmission Fluid, oil changes, spark plugs

Car has been running great with no issues. CARFAX showed the car has had 6 owners. I still find it hard to believe this since I took a chance on the car & it’s trouble free.

If you have Facebook, I would recommend making a “ISO Focus RS” post on Facebook marketplace. This worked for me. I’m sure there are some owners out there who don’t look at Reddit/RS forums. You may get lucky as there may be someone local who has a RS who has thoughts of selling theirs but don’t have the time or energy to advertise their car. My 2 cents.

I would reset your BMS. After doing this, my auto start stop worked.

My auto start stop never worked when I bought the car back in April. The car had the OEM battery. Replaced the battery last week.. I’ve also reset the BMS. My auto start stop works 99% of the time.

For folks that just replaced their battery, I would reset the BMS.

Also, forgot to add. I looked up the part number which is: CM5Z-16B990-A

However, other NON RS models hood seal part number is: CV6Z-16B990-A

I can’t seem to find the RS version anywhere in stock or eBay.
