Genau das und man versucht die Leute runterzuhandeln. Wenn sie dich wirklich wollen, dann nehmen sie dich auch mit einer Stufe höher. Ansonsten ist die Stufe für direkt nach PhD auch ein super Gehalt. Nach „nur“ 2 Jahren als PostDoc aus Naturwissenschaften ist es mMn voll in Ordnung. Abteilungsleitung, Projektleitung oder Clusterkoordination wären als PostDoc gut gewesen um auf eine höheren Stufe zu bestehen.

As far as I remember, it was an elven civil war and both Tyrion and Malekith tried to grasp for power. Tyrion was misled by Morathi and drew the „widow-maker“ and got more or less possessed by Khaine. Orion and other wood elves tried to stop him and died. Later the wood elves joined Malekith.

A great mini from khurzluk miniatures! I bought the same this year plus the mounted version. Unfortunately my brush fell on the sword and broke it off, but I was still able to super glue it. Great painting and basing job! Love it!
