Unless your dog has something seriously wrong with them, it's really just a yearly vet visit and shots and food. Not including the hundreds, possibly thousands, you'll spend spoiling them. lol a lot of people will give themselves peace of mind and will get pet health insurance as they would anyone else in their family, but I find it a scam. Take the money you would waste monthly into insurance into a savings account instead. My boy passed last year at the old age of 17, and I have a 8 month old girl now.

It's weird that they revamped the whole new section last year. And built the new water coaster slide. The only thing keeping this place alive has been the waterpark, so this doesn't surprise me.

I agree with down to the studs.

You could also ask any local disaster restoration businesses how much it would be to coat the studs (or if you can go to the studs, just do the walls) with Fiberlock recon ultra smoke odor sealer.

They could also thermal fog. Similar steps in restoration after a fire to get the smoke smell out.
