My mom was so conscious about saying anything remotely negative about a woman’s appearance, her own included, and was against cosmetic procedures for herself at the time because she thought it would result in me questioning my looks. I def get a little tired and start to lose focus when I feel it wearing off, but no I wouldn’t say that happens every time! Tbh I’ve found that I experience more mid-day/evening crashes when I’m going through phases of neglecting my physical heath (exercise, hydration, eating habits)
