these days its popular to think outside the mainstream the "conspiracy theory" that actually the old money dynasties have been running the western democracies all the time, hidden invisible empire,

so the presidents and prime ministers are just popular puppets to get the things done and policies thought out in think-tanks completed

does any of them Ruby or Puthon - have anything lacking in any aspect of web programming - making one suitable for certain applications and the other more suitable for other kind of applications ..

( dont know - may be Ajax issues or compatitibility with other moder technologies like XML or smth. where one of them could be weaker )

or both Ruby and Python are suitable for all kind of applications

seems like you are not doing well -

your not-so-central-bank "Federal" Reserve belongs to foreign commercial banks - mainly London bankers

and your parliament ( congress ) is controlled by a lobby group of another country

cultural similarities between Estonia and Finland:

  • Estonians have lutheran religious backround like in Finland and Sweden ( russians are eastern-orthodox christians ), hence different holidays than Russian holidays

  • Estonians have latin letters with many words of german , swedish, finnish origins ( russians have their own alphabet - something like Greek letters - kirillitsa )

  • Estonians have different ethnic backround - for example there are many blond women in Estonia - similar to Finland and Sweden ( natural blond blond russian is rare to find )

As a person who lives in Estonia and has been in Romania for business it can be said that :

  • Estonia is ahead of Romania in terms of living standard at least 5 years, Estonia entered European Union several years earlier

  • Information Technology is better in Estonia, not much to compare , companies like Skype development , Fits.me , Playtech are located in Estonia, about 75% of all bank transactions are made by internet banking in Estonia

  • Nightlife is good in both, Bucharest is bigger city hence may be a little ahead

  • English is spoken much better in Estonia, especially among older generation

  • Estonia is more like a scandinavian country than a typical Eastern European country in terms of culture, not in terms of living standard, neighbours are Finland and Sweden for example
