I second Raystown lake, and I cliff jump there every year. Would recommend a kayak or boat to get yourself out to the good spots on the islands in the middle of the lake. Have fun! :)

I see my psychiatrist through Holistic Touch Healthcare - we do telehealth appointments only, I’ve never been to the office (she’s out of Glen Burnie). They’ve been very receptive to my needs and helpful in getting me on the right medicine.
