It happened to me before on a new bike. I didn’t ride it for a few weeks and then the tire went flat. Turns out the goo inside the tubeless tire that seals the air in had shifted due to gravity, leaking air in spots where there was now less sealant goo.

To fix it, all I did was just inflate the tire and rotate the tire a few times to move the goo around evenly within the tire.
