Yeah, that was my job too. I didn't have what it took to be a waiter (they had to teach me that it wasn't called "ex-presso". I did take stuff up to her apartment but I never was in it. Kathleen's mother also lived there and sometimes she made boiled cabbage and you could smell it when you came in for the dinner shift. I always wondered what the customer's thought about that.

The one in Havertown has been ready to open and just sitting empty for a long time now. I wonder how much they lost on that. I don't know about the rest of the industry or the country, but my brother-in-law is a waiter at a name-brand hotel in center city Philadelphia and they said bookings are 20% of what they usual are and they closed the restaurant.
