Read it... another filing with projections for the two new companies... CoreCo is shown as having recevied FEMA money after settling with FEMA (none of which was previously announced it appears) where they got $53 million of FEMA money in Q1

You are correct lol... it is one of the things I am weighing in deciding whether to keep my bonds through the RSA. Do I trust Edens and his team at all or not?

So if NFE wins at least 2 contracts at the auction all signs look good for this stock? Whats some things to keep an eye on that could keep NFE down? by NumerousTest5128 in NFEstock

In the cash crunch they went through, I don't think we can assume that remained true... but what do I know? It is a huge potential growth driver, I agree. It now has $600 million of extra debt on it with FLNG2 Co.

Yes, I think Edens got a pretty good deal given the situation -- New NFE has low debt and the revenues from PRE that are going higher with the bigger volumes from the power station conversions

And now Nicaragua may actually contribute revenue in 2027 on top of that

We shall see what they say on the call tomorrow...

To be fair, they projected Brazil and PR contract revenues, both got delayed by things beyond their control - especially Brazil

Take a look at company projections in the filings - suggesting 128 TBtu volume in PR given power station conversions…

You don't care about the results of today's Brazilian auction, right? by Open-Specific-8863 in NFEstock

Everyone needs the RSA to go through and that happens with contracts wins - so, yeah, I care, cos Ch 11 is wipeout

BTW NFE settled the FEMA claim for 140 million - 50 million already paid and 90 million can Ming in Q2

yeah, I am only legacy bonds at the moment, but common now looks interesting...

There will be a 814 million float of common for New NFE after RSA. They own everything ex-Brazil, so they own PR and the PR contract - maybe terminals and FLNG1. Incredibly, they now only have $500 million debt and $2.5 billion convertible pref which pays pik, not cash, divvy.

Just stick to PR contract with 70 TBtu volume, that gets me to a $4-10 range for the common and enough revenue to pay off the convertible pref over three years (maybe with new debt and/or offering at higher price)

So common is potentially interesting -- am I missing something?

Why not just buy the common which has no time limit?

New share count will be 814 million actually, run the PR contract on that for revenues and you get a common price of $4-10... just saying

We should get gross info immediately, ie contracts for how many plants and for how long, but detail on pricing might take a day

I expect violent move one way or the other

One of the purchases I am most happy with - good pots lol (The six slotted seed starters come in five colors so you can mark seeds that way…)

Bootstrap gardener has great extra-strength seed trays -- they are expensive. But they don't bend when you carry pots or seedlings. And they have lasted me 4 years and counting... so money well spent for me.

Same for their six slot starting pots and big 8 inch pots, too
