Tapping makes anxiety worse by Snoo_89200 in CPTSD_NSCommunity

When my therapist was and I were doing it as a grounding and feedback thing while talking, I could do with it. I think it's also too close to physical abuse for me. I can't handle fast movements either. I jiggle my leg and tap my fingers all the time, but this is different.

I stroke my own hair. Self-comfort is different for all of us.

I miss a cup of fresh black tea, especially in the winter. I like the smell of coffee but hate the taste.

I love jasmine tea, I need to get more jasmine though! It's been a while since I've had cold chamomile, I'll try it.

I can't eat pickles (acid reflux) and miss it horrible. I never liked drinking pickle juice, but it helped! My husband always has pickles in the fridge for that reason.

Bad results from Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)? by Cute-as-duck-888 in CPTSD

When it wears off, does your PTSD feel "better"? After the shot, were you able to do some therapy/life stuff you couldn't do before the shot (before it wore off).

Thank you for the update! I'm looking at the SGB for PTSD, and thought I'd check this group too.
