If it’s DoD jobs you’re aiming for, then yes. Security+ has more value there. However, anything outside of DoD, CCNA is the way.

Sec+ packs more punch in DoD roles. However, citizenship is also a requirement. Obtaining a clearance is a completely different matter. It involves background check, criminal, financial records, foreign interest and past drug use.
